Crafting an Authentic Soundscape for the "Travel Bug" Spec Spot

Working on the Travelbug spec commercial was an exciting challenge, blending distinct location-specific sounds to bring Canada’s journey from Vancouver to Toronto to life. Each scene featured tailored audio, from bustling cityscapes to serene natural environments, enhancing the animated visuals.

A standout moment was capturing the authenticity of the Harbour Air seaplane flying over Vancouver, using a recording of its actual engine to ensure precision. The Volkswagen Beetle also received a unique audio identity, seamlessly blending with the dynamic journey.

Through natural ambiance and meticulous sound design, I created an immersive soundscape that made Travelbug an engaging and memorable travel-inspired spot.
